24-Hour Risk-Free Cancellation Policy
Under guidelines established by the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT), passengers who book a ticket on a flight departing from or arriving into the United States at least 7 days (168 hours) prior to scheduled departure are entitled to cancel their reservation and receive a full refund without penalty within 24 hours of ticket issuance.

Non-Refundable vs. Refundable Airfares
Flight tickets are issued in strict compliance with the fare rules established by the individual operating carrier:
- Refundable Tickets: Eligible for refund to original payment method subject to airline cancellation terms and processing timeframes.
- Non-Refundable Tickets: In most circumstances, non-refundable tickets cannot be refunded in cash once the 24-hour window has passed. However, the unused value can frequently be converted into an airline future flight credit or voucher valid for 12 months.
- Basic Economy / Saver Fares: Basic economy tickets are strictly non-changeable and non-refundable unless covered under specific airline waivers.
Airline Schedule Changes & Delays
In the event that an operating airline significantly alters your flight departure time (typically by 2 hours or more), cancels your flight, or eliminates your connecting service, you may be entitled to an involuntary refund or complimentary re-booking onto an alternate flight.
